- Abstract: Peptic ulcer disease is a chronic condition of the stomach or duodenum. This guideline provides recommendations for the eradication of H.pylori and the management of peptic ulcer disease
- Target Population: Adult patients with a proven diagnosis of H.pylori associated peptic ulcer; positive for H.pylori with C13 UBT but no alarm features and not taking NSAIDs; patients prior to long term use of NSAIDs when UBT is positive.
- Exclusions:
- • Children <18 years
- • Pregnant/lactating women
