- Scope: Routine screening recommendations
- Abstract: This guideline provides recommendations on the appropriate age groups to receive breast cancer screening and makes recommendations for mammography, clinical breast exam and BSE.
- Target Population:
- • All asymptomatic women (with no prior history of breast cancer) aged 50 to 65
- • Selective populations 40 – 49 and >65
- Exclusions:
- • Women with signs or symptoms suggesting breast cancer
- • Women with previous history of breast cancer
