Campaign Privacy Policy
The Toward Optimized Practice Program (TOP) and the Health Screen in ACT10N campaign respects the privacy of participants and are committed to protecting all campaign information. Detailed policies have been developed which outline how TOP will protect all information collected during the campaign.
TOP has adopted two guiding principles with respect to the disclosure of campaign information
- 1. Only an individual physician will see his/her results
- 2. Only aggregate information for a particular group (e.g., a clinic, Primary Care Network, etc.) will be
reported to that group
All aggregate reports will be subject to a minimum cell size of 10 physicians to ensure physician privacy is maintained, meaning reports will not be generated unless there is data for 10 physicians.
