3 - Panel in Action: Practical Training
Who should attend?
Team member(s) who will be responsible for coordinating panel activities in the clinic.
What is it about?
This one-day session offers practical and interactive training to support participants with the work of leading panel activities at the clinic level. Topics include: optimizing the EMR, using panel for screening and clinical management, scripting for contacting patients, and more.
- For clinic or PCN staff
- Typically 8:30-4:30 including a light lunch
- Facilitated by TOP
- Opportunity for ongoing mentoring and support from a provincial Community of Practice
- Optional – contact TOP to learn more about a PCN sponsored training session for PCN clinics/staff
