Guideline designed to improve confidence in the assessment of the patient with a decline in cognitive function, to allow early recognition and appropriate management of patients with cognitive impairment, and to provide a clear assessment plan that respects the time constraints of primary care and leads to accurate diagnosis of the cause of the cognitive decline

Adults with symptoms suggestive of cognitive impairment
