ABSTRACT: Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus is an increasing cause of infections in the community. Clinicians and other healthcare personnel should be aware of the emergence of Community-Associated Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureas (CA-MRSA), as well as recommendations for prevention and control strategies.
