SCOPE: Prevention, diagnosis, management

ABSTRACT: 
These guidelines makes recommendations for diagnosis, prevention and management of acute bronchitis and acute exacerbations of COPD 

TARGET POPULATION: Adults and children with signs of acute bronchitis OR adults with COPD and signs of exacerbation.

EXCLUSIONS: 
• Any patient with underlying lung disease
• Immunocompromised patients
• Those with significant underlying systemic disease
