ABSTRACT:
The guideline assists the practitioner in the initial laboratory investigation in patients with suspected addison’s disease and recommends that if the diagnosis of Addison’s Disease is strongly suspected, treatment should be instituted immediately and that urgent consultation is needed.
TARGET POPULATION:
Any person with signs or symptoms of primary or secondary adrenal insufficiency.
