ABSTRACT: 
The guideline assists the practitioner in the initial laboratory investigation in patients with suspected acromegaly. Clinical features resulting from the mass effects of the enlarging tumor are distinguished from those resulting from hormone over secretion.

TARGET POPULATION: Any person with signs or symptoms of acromegaly
